Hello, Kansas City!
I hope you all had a great holiday weekend!
Somehow, I lost all the info I had put together for this morning’s newsletter. I got some things together for the Family/Kid-friendly events. I’ll get things put back together and send everything later in the week.
It looks like we’ll have rain on and off for most of the week, so plan your outdoor activities accordingly.
Most of us are out of school for the summer, so be extra careful when you’re driving around!

2. Painted Gardens at Powell Gardens

3. Dinosaurs Around the World At The KC Zoo

💫 ABOUT: Join us this summer as the Zoo’s animal residents are joined by their prehistoric ancestors! Dinosaurs Around the World. You’ll find 13 life-size animatronic dinosaurs located throughout the topside of the Zoo within easy walking distance from the front gate.

4. KidScape at Johnson County Museum

💫 ABOUT: KidScape is a fully immersive, interactive history experience where kids time-travel to different periods and communities from the region's past. Work on the farm, perform at the theater or the puppet show, teach in the school, deliver the mail, care for patients at the hospital, or fry up some burgers at the diner. There's 3,500 square feet of fun to explore and learn while having fun!
